- Go to settings
- On left side panel choose Bluetooth & devices then on printers & scanners
- Click on add device
- Let computer scan for printer and scanners once scan is finished you will see a drop down that says USB or Network, click on drop down and choose Work or school account
- You should see a list of all available printers you can connect to, double click on desired printer and you will be connected.
